Nations’ wishes to place the Haitian judicial system under international

declaring its intentions of recruiting judges from French speaking regions, such

w:st="on">Quebec</st1:City>, <st1:country-region
w:st="on">France</st1:country-region> and <st1:place
w:st="on">Africa</st1:place>, to sit in the courts and proclaim decisions along
side the Haitian magistrates, the Representative of the UN Secretary General is
no longer hiding the international community’s objective to establish MINUSTAH
as true occupation force.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">

the new Civil Chief in command of MINUSTAH, blatantly breach the principle of an
independent Haitian judicial power consecrated in the Constitution and for which
