(RNDDH) note, ces derniers jours, un certain nombre de dérives dans la gestion
de la sécurité publique par les responsables de l’Etat. Inquiet et vivement
préoccupé par ces agissements, il attire l’attention de tous et de chacun sur

Stabilisation en Haïti (MINUSTAH) a annoncé que le nommé Jean Daniel François

Bibi</SPAN></I></SPAN><SPAN lang=FR

par la Police Nationale d’Haïti lui a remis trois armes et est resté sous sa
garde en attendant une décision de la nouvelle Commission Nationale de
Désarmement, de Démantèlement et de Réinsertion (CNDDR) mise en place par le
Gouvernement Alexis/Préval.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>

cette décision de la MINUSTAH qui ne dispose point de garde-à-vue et qui se doit
de remettre à la Police Haïtienne tous les contrevenants arrêtés comme cela
devait être fait dans le cas de ce criminel dangereux. <SPAN
